How much is shipping?
We pass on our corporate discount with shipping partners directly to you. Costs will depend on the size of your product and the destination. See at checkout
Will I be charged tax?
US Customers: Price is all inclusive and accounted for on our end.
Canadian Customers: Subject to provincial sales tax. Contact us if any questions!
Where do you get your products?
We have a robust supply chain network that enables us to source items from various locations around the globe. This includes stores, consignors, individuals and collectors.
Will I have to pay duties/customs upon arrival of my order?
If you reside in the United States or Canada there will be no customs or duties payable. Shipments to other countries may vary so please refer to your countries customs and duty policy. You may also leave specific instructions prior to order.
Are items available in store?
No store front or in person shopping. We operate online only.
When will my order ship?
Allow 48 business hours for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with all details!
Do you consign?
In sticking with our value proposition, we do not offer consignment. We will buy your item outright if it fits our buying criteria. See the sell to us form.
Do you ship international?
Yes we do. For customers outside of Canada or the US, please contact us via WhatsApp or email so we can make the necessary arrangements.
